CAET Seafood

Foodies know the rule when it comes to oysters – they’re best to eat in months with “r”s, so the fall months (September, October, November) kick off peak oyster season! There’s no better place to indulge in this seafood specialty than Caet [Seafood I Oysterette].

Enjoy the delectable dining creations of Chef Derek Emerson in the chic indoor dining area and oyster bar or outside in the crisp fall air on their patio at the Renaissance at Colony Park.

This autumn, Dogmud is serving up comforting fall specials like seafood gumbo, red beans and rice, and chicken and dumplings. End your evening with a specialty cocktail – newest on the menu is the Stoker’s Garden, inspired by Dracula!
