Outdoor sports and recreational opportunities abound in Ridgeland with its convenient location on the Natchez Trace Parkway and along the north shore banks of the Ross Barnett Reservoir. Visitors and residents alike enjoy an environment of natural beauty, wonderful attractions and state-of-the-art tennis, soccer, baseball and softball facilities.

Ridgeland is proud to be designated as a Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists. Cyclists love Ridgeland’s 14-mile Multi-Use Path, with a direct connection to the historic Natchez Trace. The trail is over 14 miles and travels from Harbor Drive to Rice Road to Highland Colony Parkway, bringing users of the path to schools, shops and businesses.

Our staff is eager to help you plan your outdoor recreation, sporting or tournament event. For more information or assistance, contact Mina Thorgeson, Director of Sales, at (800) 468-6078 or mina@visitridgeland.com.
